Sprig of Mint Julep
SPRIG OF MINT JULEP
PERFECT COOLER FOR HOT NIGHTS
BARTENDER, ONE MORE…
Directions: Place ten mint leaves at the bottom of a glass and top with 1 1/2 teaspoon fine sugar. Muddle these together until the leaves begin to break down. Add a splash of seltzer water, fill the glass 3/4 full of crushed ice and add 2 1/2 ounces of bourbon. Top with another splash of seltzer, stir and garnish with another sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy…salut!
