Starry Night over The Rhone by Vincent van Gogh
Amazing feat…van Gogh painted this ‘starry night’ while convalescing in an asylum in 1888. I dare say that his heart overcame his weak mind with loving affection as he inserted a couple walking along the bank of the Rhone river in Arles, France. This painting always touches my heart as I recall the starry night I met my Beloved spouse for the first time on Halloween night. No ghastly ghosts for us that evening!

POINT TO PONDER
There is a special window pane for every couple in love.
If only you look for surprises with awe.
If only you are open to every twist and turn.
If only you enjoy each adventure with hope.
And thank God for what comes next.

A THOUGHT AND MEDITATION
The glories of October are resplendent with the bounties of the earth.
With morning light brings night sheltering rest.
A Hail Mary for provisions and protection from any harm.
A Thank You for love of family, friends and gainful employment.
And everything else that is good in between.

Loving bone to bone
“And think not that you can direct the course of love, for love if it finds you worthy, directs your course.”
I say, Amen!
