Ugh! Junk mail comes every day in my mailbox.
Yet today I am nicely surprised by one flyer. Why?
Here are some of the ‘feel good” tips it vouches for:

Look for blessing to come your way.
You have more courage than you think.
Have fun to cure your stress.
Exercise hope to feel better.
Exercise for at least 15 minutes to increase energy and sleep deeper.
A 5-minute prayer will lift your wings.
