Being mindful…Doing simple rituals can steady emotions gone awry.

Wash dishes carefully.  Fold laundry with loving intent. Thank the plants when you water them.  Or whatever else displeases you on occasion, think of doing for others.

You’ll find yourself jump off the merry-go-round.
