What would be your answer?

What would you fill your life with?

For the rest of your life?

That’s sounds tricky, but it’s not.  In a recent post, I spoke about awakening to “holy moments.”  Now I would like address what is a holy moment?

A holy moment is a choice made that makes life easier and more pleasant.  It involves making a change in the way one thinks and live.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”

–1 Peter 4:10

By the power of the Holy Spirit, we have the capacity to create holy moments, what I see as moments of goodness towards others.  This is an invitation to cooperate with God, “setting aside personal preference and prayerfully believing what God is calling you to do.  (Matthew Kelly) Wouldn’t it be amazing if this concept of creating holy moments in daily situations make more sense with the people around us? 

I’m beginning to get this practice underway one holy moment at a time like the butterfly effect.  Now is the time to act boldly with goodness.  Come join me in this movement.

“So, decide today, that each day for the rest of your life will have a positive impact.  Decide to light a candle rather than curse the darkness.  Decide with God to create holy moments and do it boldly.”
