“And now after everything, I know this:

There is a reason I am here and that reason is bigger than me.  So I will carry on with great faith beyond what I can see in pursuit of bold courage on the adventure of the journey.”

–Morgan Harper Nichols

I enjoy the freshness of your friendship and wish you a fabulous life.

Have you hugged your sunshine today?

Have you ever lost your contact list from your cell phone?  Well, that happened to me the other day and to my dismay triggered facing a fear I had not ever anticipated — that of losing contact information with the people that I love.  I immediately retrieved a long written page of names but much of the information was obsolete.  I panicked especially with one contact so dear to me that I could not think straight.  When my Beloved spouse saw my distress, he quickly asked, “don’t you have his letters somewhere?”  Yes, I do and my heart settled in place.  Divine intervention came to my rescue.  Then I began to reconstruct my contact list on the phone.

The story continues…three days later, I listened to a preacher talking about divine intervention as with eagle’s wings when the eagle saves his eaglet from attempting to fail his first flight.  According to Tony Evans, God has two means of divine intervention:

–One can run through the crisis as through gaining a second wind and not get tired of running after the fear, then eventually collapsing; or

— One can walk through the fear with accepting God’s encouragement even though the situation still exists.

The latter swiftly consoled my heart as these words spoke to me.  I began to realize that God was changing my heart with divine encouragement.  For whatever reason God chooses, is for the best at the moment when the situation doesn’t change.  So I accepted this choice for myself and I am at peace, letting go of a fear that was hindering my personal relationship with God. With hope I’ve been set free…Allelulia!

Is God asking you to face a fear?  Hopefully, my sharing will help you soar as on an eagle’s wings to overcome any fear, because fear is not of God, but of the fallen angel.

“Whatever happens, my dear brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord.  I never get tired of telling you these things, and I do so to safeguard your faith.”

–Philippians 3:1

According to Google, there are over 8,800 promises given by God in the Word.  Among these promises are:

I will be with you and always love you

I will give you strength and protect you

I will provide and answer you

I will give you peace and eternal life…and the rest follow.

“I will live with them and move among them, and I will be their God and they shall be my people.”

–2 Corinthians 6:16

Given that the world operates only on self-centeredness, these many promises are a great source of comfort…because

“Whoever sacrifices to any god except to the Lord alone, shall be doomed.”

–Exodus 22:19

Now, I’m curious to learn about the many other promises…

Are you?

So True!  The places we live in gives us power to experience a wholeness of being.

When I glance over my life’s history, I can connect the dots that prove my purpose in living.

Such an exercise of mind and heart can render a powerful sense of sacred well-being.

I will lead the blind by a road they do not know, by paths they have not known I will guide them.  I will turn the darkness before them into light, the rough places into level ground.  These are the things I will do, and I will not forsake them.”

–Isaiah 42:16
